Taipei 101 Observatory
  • Children with a height of 114cm or below can enter Taipei 101 for free so long as they're accompanied by a paying adult
  • The 91st floor is only open to public visits on certain days, please refer to the website to check for any notices about the 91st floor
  • This combo ticket can't be used alongside other promotions offered or accepted by Taipei 101
  • Smoking, chewing gum, and eating betel nuts are prohibited in the tower
  • Bringing food, pets, and dangerous items are prohibited in the tower
  • There may be a large number of visitors, so please follow the routes and lines in the premises in an orderly fashion
  • Taipei 101 and its observatory are wheelchair-accessible
  • You'll have to go through security checks inside the tower
  • Please keep an eye on your personal belongings. Klook and Taipei 101 won't be held responsible for any losses or damages to your belongings
Maokong Gondola
  • Children aged 0-5 can ride the gondola for free so long as they're accompanied by a paying adult. Only 2 children of this age range can join for free per adult. Tickets must be purchased for succeeding children
  • Each regular cabin can accommodate 8 passengers and the total weight for all shouldn't exceed 640kg. The crystal cabins known as the "Eyes of Maokong Gondola" can only accommodate 5 passengers and the total weight for all shouldn't exceed 400kg. Please distribute your group evenly within the cabins
  • The Maokong Gondola staff can speak in English and Chinese
  • Please follow all the instructions provided by the gondola staff, especially when exiting the cabins
  • Please don't loiter around the platforms after disembarking the cabin
  • Pregnant women, children, elderly people, and persons with disabilities should and will be given priority. They should be accompanied by at least one paying adult to keep an eye on them
  • Passengers with prams, pushchairs, wheelchairs (regular and electric) must make sure that these vehicles are securely locked once they're in the cabin to avoid any accidents caused by swaying. The sizes of these vehicles shouldn't exceed 140cm x 70cm x 170cm
  • The gondola may slow down or stop to facilitate boarding for person with disabilities
  • Passengers with cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, acrophobia, or other medical conditions should not ride the gondola
  • Smoking, drinking (water excluded), chewing gums or betel nuts are not allowed in the cabins and the platforms
  • Please do not throw anything outside of the cabin's windows
  • Please do not stand up, swing, or jump inside the cabin. Also, please don't lean against or obstruct the doors
  • Do not interfere with the natural swaying of the gondola when embarking or disembarking it
  • In the event of a thunderstorm, the gondola service will be suspended. If it's suspended before you enter the cabin or if you're already on your way to Maokong or Taipei Zoo Stations, please follow the staff's instructions to safely make an exit
Taipei Double-decker Sightseeing Night Bus
  • Children aged 0-5 and children with a height of 114cm or below can ride the tour bus for free so long as they're accompanied by a paying adult. Only 2 children of this age and height range can join for free per adult. Tickets must be purchased for succeeding children
  • The sightseeing bus staff can speak in English and Chinese
  • Half-priced tickets are available on site for the following: children aged 6-12 and with a height between 115-150cm or higher, seniors aged 65+, and those who hold a person with disability IDs + their guardians. These tickets are only available for passengers with Taiwanese ID cards or resident certificates
  • The Taipei Double-decker Sightseeing Night Bus is wheelchair-accessible
  • Please keep yourself seated and fasten your seatbelts at all times when the bus is in transit. Do not lean outward or place your arms outside the bus at any time
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus
  • Food and drinks are not allowed on the bus
  • Raincoats will be lent to all passengers during the rains
  • In case of double-decker bus mechanical failures, regular coaches will be deployed as subtitutes
  • The audio guides in the bus comes in the following languages: English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai
  • You can hop on and off the night buses as many times as you want during the operating hours (5:00pm-9:00pm)

  • The opening hours on national holidays may change; please refer to the website for any notices concerning opening hours
Maokong Gondola
  • On the first Monday of every month: 9:00am-9:00pm (the gondola will be closed on any other Monday for regular maintenance, except for national holidays)
  • Tuesday-Thursday: 9:00am-9:00pm
  • Fridays and the day before a national holiday: 9:00am-9:00pm
  • Saturdays and national holidays: 8:30am-10:00pm
  • Sundays and the last day of continuous national holidays: 8:30am-8:00pm

  • Take the MRT Tamsui–Xinyi Line (the red line) to Taipei 101/World Trade Center Station, then leave from Exit No. 4
Maokong Gondola
  • Address: No. 8, Sec. 2, Xinguang Rd., Wenshan Dist., Taipei City 116, Taiwan
  • Take the Wenshan-Neihu Line of the Taipei Metro to the Taipei Zoo Station and then walk to the Maokong Gondola Taipei Zoo Station (which is about 350 meters)
  • Take the Nangang/Banqiao/Tucheng Line and get off at Taipei City Hall Station, then take the G1, BR18, or BR21 Bus to the Maokong Gondola Taipei Zoo Station
Taipei Double-decker Sightseeing Bus

  • You can ride MRT to the Taipei Main Station, then leave from the M4 Exit. The bus station is a short walk from there. You may refer to the map for directions
