Winter Lights Tour | Warm Reminder

❄️ Warmth and Slip Prevention: Please wear windproof and warm coats, hats, gloves, thick socks. Snow boots/shoe covers are strongly recommended; you can prepare hand warmers.

🥾 Road Surface and Walking: Blue Pond, Shirahige Falls, and Ningle Terrace are mostly frozen roads/steps. Please slow down and take care of children and the elderly.

⏰ Itinerary and Lighting: Lighting is during official hours and may be adjusted or canceled due to weather/equipment. We will fine-tune the order or replace it with attractions of equal value.

🚐 Collection and Vehicles: Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance; fasten your seat belts in the car, and bring small luggage with you.

🌲 Private Land Etiquette: Christmas trees (around private farmland) Please take pictures on the designated roadside, do not enter the snow fields, and do not use drones.

🌌 Night Viewing: The temperature is lower and the wind is stronger at dusk and night, and the bridge surface (Shirahige Falls) is especially cold; please properly fix your mobile phone camera.

🍱 Meals and Restrooms: There are few restaurants and toilets along the route, and the guide will arrange suitable stops.

🧾 Fees and Shopping: Some small shops may prioritize cash; please obtain consent before taking photos of works in the store.

🧑‍⚕️ Health and Safety: People who are sensitive to low temperatures, photosensitive/cardiovascular and other people should do what they can, and carry commonly used medicines and emergency contact information with them.

♻️ Environmental Etiquette: Do not make loud noises or litter, and share the quiet "Furano of Light" with others.

📩 Pre-departure tips

• We will send you a confirmation email after 15:00 the day before departure, including: meeting time, tour guide contact information and vehicle license plate number, please pay attention to check (may enter the junk mailbox).
• If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
• Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time on the day of departure. Lateness will be regarded as automatic abandonment and no refund will be given.
• If you use WeChat / WhatsApp / LINE, you can actively add the tour guide and join the itinerary group according to the information in the email for timely communication.
• Please keep your mobile phone accessible during the trip so that the tour guide or staff can contact you in time.
• The small group provides Chinese driver-guide service and independent sightseeing. Due to language service restrictions, Japanese and English can only provide pick-up and drop-off time reminders and corresponding explanations of scenic spots, and do not provide full Japanese/English tour guide or in-depth explanation services. Thank you for your understanding.
• If you have motion sickness or seasickness, please prepare in advance to avoid affecting your pleasant journey.
• Please take care of your personal belongings and try not to carry valuables; you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
• The journey is long. If there is a traffic jam, please be patient. Our company is not responsible for subsequent expenses caused by traffic jams. Thank you for your understanding.
• Infants aged 0–2 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge, but must be notified in advance to avoid being rejected by the driver due to vehicle overload.
• If some attractions are closed on specific dates, we will arrange other attractions for you to replace them, and we may not be able to notify you in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
