Additional Information:
- Infants aged 0-2 may participate for free as long as they don't occupy a seat. If they need their own seats, please book a child ticket for them
- Only 1 infant aged 0-2 per adult may join for free without seats provided
- Please note: Children aged 3-5 can take the lift for free. However, the bus ticket in this package is not available for this age group. Please get a one-way bus ticket for them instead
- Prior to the start of the trip, you are strongly recommended to confirm the bus operation
- Operation may be canceled in cases of natural disasters or abnormal weather. In this case, no compensation will be provided. You can, however, request to reschedule
- The trip might get delayed due to road or weather conditions. Other transport options might be introduced but please note that you will cover the extra fee
- Full refunds can be issued if you cannot arrive at the pick up location and join the tour because of a force majeure situation (i.e. flight delays or cancelations) as long as you provide the necessary certification
- Smoking inside the bus is not allowed
- For your safety, please do not wear your ski boots inside the bus

- For tourists who go to Rusutsu, please redeem your lift ticket at resort liner dest at Rusutsu North & South 1st Floor
- For tourists who go to Niseko Grand Hirafu, please redeem your lift ticket at resort liner desk at Hirafu Welcome Center 1st Floor
- For tourists who go to Niseko Village, you will receive your lift ticket from the bus driver
- For tourists who go to Niseko All Mt, you will receive your lift ticket from the bus drive. However, if you get off the bus at Hirafu, you should redeem your lift ticket at resort liner desk at Hirafu Welcome Center 1st Floor
