  • Your tour guide will advise you while on tour if photographs are not to be taken inside the venue
  • Please note that bags larger than a standard handbag will need to be cloaked on arrival and may be subject to a search before being cloaked. Suitcases or large backpacks will not be permitted to be cloaked within the Sydney Opera House facilities

How To Get There:

  • By car: The Sydney Opera House Car Park is located at 2 Macquarie Street (Northern end), with vehicular access adjacent to the Sydney Opera House Forecourt. Pay machines are available on every level of the car park
  • By bus: Take No.333, 399, 890, L94, or X94, and get off at Circular Quay Stand E. Walk for about 6 minutes straight along Circular Quay E, for about 550 meters
  • By ship: The Sydney Opera House is very close to the pier, Circular Quay, that will require a 10-minute walk. You can dock on any of the six ships in the pier namely, No. 1-5 and Harbour Master Steps. You can choose different ships according to your itinerary

    Beautiful place to spend the evening. The structure is well built. However, take the guided tour only if you want to know about the building and view all the rooms(some have restricted access), otherwise just explore yourself.
