- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time. The bus will depart on time, and those who are late will not be allowed to board. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded. Your understanding is appreciated.
- At each tourist attraction in winter, snow scenes may not be visible depending on the weather conditions.
- The Zao snow monsters may be slightly affected by weather conditions, and there is a possibility that they may not be visible. After the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as usual regardless of the snow monster conditions. Your understanding is appreciated.
- If the Zao Ropeway cannot be reserved, the Zao Central Ropeway will be used instead.
- If the ropeway is suspended due to unavoidable factors such as traffic or weather, the tour will be changed to a foot bath experience at Zao Onsen-gai, and a ropeway fee of 3000 Japanese Yen will be refunded. Your understanding is appreciated.
- The tour vehicle will be dispatched according to the number of people. When a small number of people are on the tour, a driver who also serves as an attendant will be arranged to provide full travel services. There will be no additional tour leader. You are free to visit the attractions after arrival. Your understanding is appreciated.
- The bus seats will be arranged on-site and cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding.
- There is a possibility that the bus seats and restaurant seats used in the experience tour will be shared with other tour participants. It depends on the arrangement of the tour leader and facilities on the day.
- The contents of the meal may be adjusted due to factors such as the ingredients available at the restaurant on the day. The situation on-site takes precedence.
- On the day of the tour, the time spent at the attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be canceled due to road conditions, etc. The arrival time may also be significantly delayed. Please be aware of this.
- The Ginzan Onsen shuttle bus needs to be arranged by yourself, and the amount is 500 Japanese Yen. If there is a large increase in the price, there may be an additional charge on-site.
