If you’ve got the chance to visit Lisbon, don’t forget to spare 1 day to make a day trip to Sintra. It’s a very beautiful place. Our tour guide was very informative and kind. Good command of English.
Vanessa is simply brilliant, the best tour guide I have met so far. She organized the trip in an efficient way that we visited the locations at the best timing and with least crowd. She tells gd stories and histories when we passed by the palaces. We had a great vibe with her and the rest of the tour participants.
Lots of walking but the whole experience was enjoyable!
The tour is great. I joined the tour together my family including 5 years old daughter. The tour involved really a lot of walking and I walked more than 15k steps for the tour. Our driver named Carlos is good. He really caring about kid as well as my wife who has car sick (beware the road to Sintra is uphill and curled). Even the tour is awesome but I only give three stars due to the tour mentioned includes Sintra pastry based on the description but ended up we didn’t received any, this part make me feel like being cheated.

This sintra tour was amazing. We visited everything that was mentioned on the itinerary. We had Daniel as our guide and he was informative throughout the whole tour. We enjoyed the tour very much and totally recommend to book this tour. Only downside of the tour was the crazy rain we experienced and got soaked from head to toe!
No one contacted us to confirm the meeting time before our tour. We might not be accessible as we were still on the plane 24 hours before the tour, so we just waited at the hotel lobby. No one came to pick us up. We finally asked the hotel reception to help us to find the local agent. The agent finally confirmed that they missed our booking and we could join the same tour two days later. The weather was so much better on the day of our tour that we were grateful. The guide Daniel was just wonderful and professional. The tour was out of expectation and sceneries were just great. We enjoyed the tour so much that I would highly recommend it. For those who are going to book this tour, make sure you have the confirmation from the local agent at least 24 hours prior to the meeting time.
The tour agency missed us out for the tour but managed to book us for a knight templar tour the next day, overall experience very good.
Great tour! friendly driver who gave clear explanation of the places, went for a nice restaurant for a seafood lunch and reached back city in time
