- Changes are not permitted after the booking is confirmed, unless explicitly agreed upon by both the customer and our company.
- Please note that an agreement between the customer and the photographer alone does not constitute a valid change.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity will incur a 100% cancellation fee, regardless of the reason (including weather conditions or personal health).

- In Japan, some locations require permission for photography, or may prohibit it altogether.If permission cannot be obtained, the shoot at your requested location may not be possible, and in such cases, we assume no responsibility.

My photoshoot experience with Masazumi and Masahiro was everything I wanted and more!! So many different spots and styles and poses! They took my reference photos seriously and delivered! They also made sure my young daughter felt comfortable and hyped up her experience! Masahiro held onto my backpack the entire time as well as allowing me to grab different props throughout the experience. They also took video to document the entire experience and sent that along with the edited photos! Received way more photos than I thought I would and was so so pleased with the results! We booked the nighttime Shibuya photo shoot and had such an incredible experience. The Shibuya shoot was definitely out of my comfort zone at first, but it ended up being so much fun and the photos came out amazing. We also had the opportunity to work with them earlier in the morning for a garden photo shoot, which was beautiful, private, and made us feel completely comfortable. The team was extremely kind, professional, and easy to work with throughout both sessions. We communicated via WhatsApp prior to meeting. This ended up being one of our favorite things we did on the entire trip, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan. We received way more photos in our album than listed so definitely worth it! Thank you again! Can't wait to come back to do another shoot.

This was hands down our absolute FAVORITE activity we did in Japan! We had the BEST time with Koyama. He made the entire process so easy, comfortable, and SO much fun. He was absolutely hilarious, kept us laughing the whole time, and helped us with poses so we never felt awkward in front of the camera. Also, a HUGE shoutout to Koyama’s assistants, Aliyah and Reo they are seriously the absolute best!!! 🥹🫶🏼 The entire team made this such an unforgettable experience, and now we have the coolest photos ever to remember our trip by.
