It was a great experience to roam around the beautiful city of Phnom Penh. We are only 5 passengers during that time and I booked it the same day. Converting it to the physical ticket in front of U mall is smooth, the staff are really friendly and it comes with a Cambodia sticker too. It was a bummer since they said the afternoon bus isn’t available so I took the night bus and the boat cruise in Mekong is free plus 1 free drink.

Service: The service was excellent, and the Cambodian staff were very kind and lovely!
Experience: The view from the second-floor terrace is amazing, offering a perfect panorama of Phnom Penh. They also provide audio guides in both Chinese and English!
Convenience of booking with Klook: After booking on Klook, you can redeem your ticket at the counter in front of the Umall shopping mall in Phnom Penh and board the bus. The bus stop is right outside the mall, making it very easy to find and convenient!
The best part is that you can also take a Mekong River cruise after the bus tour! Excellent value for money!

The hop-on hop-off tour is a must and a great value. I headed straight to the top deck of the double-decker bus, rode the full loop twice, then finished with the cruise. (Hint: Sit on the starboard side of the ship for the best views.) I got photos I never could have captured otherwise. The recorded audio at each stop was clear and informative. Special thanks to our always smiling multilingual guide Cheata, who took care of everyone and went above and beyond to make sure we all went home happy!

The Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour in Cambodia was a great way to see the city, even though it rained during part of the journey. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure everyone was comfortable and informed despite the weather. The bus offered both covered and open-air seating, so we could still enjoy the views while staying dry. With stops at key landmarks like the Royal Palace and Wat Phnom, plus informative audio commentary, it was a convenient and enjoyable way to explore the city at our own pace.

The hop-on hop-off customer service is very attentive, telling me where to board the bus and providing real-time bus location information so I could board at an intermediate stop. They also proactively reminded me when the bus was approaching, allowing me to easily manage my itinerary time without worrying about finding the bus. The open-air bus has multilingual narration, and when the bus arrives at a scenic spot, it provides explanations, allowing for immediate understanding. Highly recommended.
