- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
- Travelers are only allowed to bring one suitcase per person in the bus storage (with a maximum weight of 30kg). The height/width/depth of each luggage must be under 155cm
- Musical instruments, animals, bicycles (including folding ones), surfboards, skis, snowboards, archery bows and arrows, golf bags, etc cannot be accommodated. Please deliver those belongings to the destination in advance
- If the delivery procedure is not completed in time for departure, you may not be allowed to board the bus. Please note that cancellation fees will still apply in such cases

- You can choose 2 bus routes in case your first choice is fully booked
- You can not choose your own departure time and seat
- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a voucher along with your booking number, departure time, arrival time, and a map of the pick up location
- You will be seated next to a person of the same gender. If you book for a whole group in one booking, local operator will try to arrange the seating according to gender
- You can not bring musical instruments, animals, bikes, golf equipment, snowboards, etc.
Insider Tips:
- During the drive, the driver will stop the bus at service areas for stopovers of 15-20 minutes. If you want to get off the bus to enter the service areas, the staff will give you a card. Make sure not to lose the card because you will have to return it when you get back on the bus

highly recommend this service especially if you are planning to go to Tokyo Disneyland from Osaka. the bus drops you right at the entrance. the seats are comfortable enough for a night journey and you get your own privacy.
Bus is very comfi with all those curtains. The drivers were very polite and helpful. Made fee stops for restrooms breaks, just always be on time. The vip lounge where you have to wait for the bus is comfortable, with charging stations, free coffee and a vending machine for drinks.
It was also a pleasant surprise as I was picked up at Namba bus stop at the VIP liner lounge. There was a foriegn staff that guided me given that they don't exactly announce anything on the lounge in english. The lounge was awesome. It had a shared space to charge devices and eat while waiting. Also a separate floor for showers and toilet. The ride was also smooth as we areived on time. Charging ports and individual curtains for privacy. Overall it was a great experience!
The pick up location was a bit easy to locate thanks to the specific instructions given to us via the link in the voucher. Along with the instructions, there were also detailed photo instructions of where to go so that was really helpful. The small downside to it is that the Storage for luggage was a bit far but overall it was good.
The service was exceptionally convenient and time-efficient. The staff in the VIP lounge were also very helpful. Upon my arrival, they kindly changed my departure point from Osaka to Namba, which allowed me to remain in the area and easily board the bus from there.
the girls at redemption guide is very helpful. since we take the night bus, they provide us with blanket and pillow. the seat is a bit small. but you can recline your seat into a sleeping position. hope it can help you sleep.
Good, comfortable ride. We were able to sleep through the whole ride. The driver's driving is so smooth. Their VIP lounges are also a good place to stay.
