Korean pork neck is the main ingredient, and traditional soybean sauce and white soybean paste and Korean marmalade citron syrup are paired with seasonal vegetables and baked in a fire pot or grill to make it taste fiery.

Beef and pork are gently chopped together, seasoned with fermented soybean sauce and shaped in Korean rice cake then cooked in a fire pot for grill-flavored barbecue. And enjoyed with Korea's 'Ssam' cuisine culture which is wrapped in seasonal Korean vegetables.
