What to expect
Get your luggage transferred from the airport to your accommodations (and vice-versa) on the same day. Move around the city with more convenience because LuggAgent's Same Day Luggage Delivery and Storage services will take the heavy load off your hands. After flight landing or your hotel check-out, you can drop off your bags at the airport or hotel and easily settle into your vacation in comfort and explore the city, luggage-free! Whether you're arriving at the airport and heading straight to the city for some personal discovery or rushing from your accommodation to the airport for a late night flight, there's no need carrying all that luggage around. All you have to do is book, set the delivery schedule, and then claim your luggage at the airport after 3:00pm or at your accommodation after 6:00pm. You can even choose to have the courier get your luggage before 12:00pm at your accommodation and then you can pick it up at the airport after 9:00am the next day. It's a safe and efficient process that lets you navigate the rest of Istanbul like a local.

Luggage Services
- Pick up time for luggage delivery from the hotel to the airport must be at least 2 hour(s) before your flight departure time. Any extra cost due to an urgent request will be paid by the customer
- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32 inches (length and width total 180cm), and cannot weigh more than 32kg
- Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack, or bag (briefcase)
Additional information
- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- For luggage delivery to and from the airport, please refer to the confirmation letter from LuggAgent
- For luggage deliveries to/from Airbnbs, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered on site by the delivery staff
- For luggage delivery to and from the hotel, your luggage will be collected and delivered by the hotel concierge
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- A surcharge of USD5 will apply if If you do not pick up your luggage within 30 minutes after the selected pick up time, payable onsite
- Please take photos of the luggage you want to be delivered and send the photo to the courier. You will be provided with the courier's contact information

- For luggage deliveries from hotels, the drop off time is not the time when the driver collects your luggage, so you can just leave the hotel after taking photos of the luggage and storage receipt
- For luggage deliveries from Airbnbs, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered at the ground floor
