  • [Tour Language] This tour does not provide a dedicated tour guide. A Japanese/Chinese speaking driver will lead the tour. Chinese service is limited to 9-seater chartered vehicles. We apologize that the language for other options cannot be specified.
  • [Vehicle Arrangement] Passengers on group tours please note: The type of vehicle will be adjusted according to the number of people on the day. We apologize that you cannot specify the vehicle.
  • [Note] The itinerary cannot provide customized services, please be aware.
  • [Dress Code] The temperature is low in the early morning and evening, please wear warm down jackets, thick socks, scarves or neck warmers, hats and gloves. It is strongly recommended to wear snow boots or waterproof non-slip shoes.
  • [Tickets / Fees] Admission fee for Fox Village (1,500 yen/person) and Zao Ropeway ticket (4,200 yen/person) are at your own expense.
  • [Itinerary Information] The itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic or weather conditions. If the Zao Ropeway is suspended or cannot be ridden, the Central Ropeway will be used instead.
  • [Meeting Point Information] If you do not arrive at the meeting point on time, you will be regarded as a no-show and will not be refunded.
  • [Infant Information] Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. The price is the same as adults for ages 0 and above.
  • [Luggage Regulations] As this trip is a small group tour, large luggage may not be carried depending on the type of vehicle. It is recommended to bring light luggage on the day.
  • [Other] It is not recommended for infants, people over 70 with mobility issues, pregnant women, or people with serious illnesses to participate.
