Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule
• Tickets can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has expired.
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• This activity has no age limit
• Free for children aged 1-4
• Children with a height of 17cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 1-4 can join this activity free of charge
• Children under 1 / 2 years old are considered infants, based on their official ID
• Participants must be aged under 60 to take part in this activity
• Seniors aged 90+ should present a medical certificate before participating
• Participants aged over 60 / 70 are considered seniors, based on their official ID
