Set against the scenic backdrop of the Riverside Terrace at Grand Copthorne Waterfront, choose from a Set Menu for two or four, each inspired by the spice-laden flavours that shaped Singapore’s culinary heritage.

Indulge in signature creations such as Singapore Chilli Crab, Crispy Charcoal Fish with Spicy Mayo, and Whole Squid with Fish Otah Otah & Spicy Laksa Cream — each plate a bold nod to the city’s maritime roots and multicultural palate.
