Good to know
- ShanChill is located in a natural environment with a low altitude and minimal temperature difference. Please consider the weather and your physical condition, and bring sufficient warm clothing.
- Please bring your own personal hygiene items: combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, slippers, shaving cream, and shower caps.
- To ensure the comfort and safety of other guests and the environment, pets are strictly prohibited in the park. Guests with pets will be refused entry.
- If you need to arrange pet accommodation, we recommend the following nearby pet hotels: -NANO Pet Beauty Hotel: No. 565, Weigong Road, Miaoli City, Miaoli County -NANO Branch-Miliangwo Pet Hotel: No. 52-5, Touwu Township, Miaoli County -Qiqi Pet Hotel: No. 1-1, Wugu Road, Miaoli City, Miaoli County
- Check-in time is 15:00, at which time you may enter and use the various facilities on the mountain.
- Check-out time is 11:00 the next morning. Guests who delay check-out without prior notice and a valid reason will be charged an hourly overtime fee of NT$1000.
- The on-site landscape design follows natural laws and is an ecological mosquito control area. However, as it is still a natural environment, if you are prone to allergies, please bring appropriate medication to avoid allergic reactions. Mosquito repellent and a basic first aid kit are available on-site. Please contact the butler if needed.
- There are no age restrictions in the park, but to maintain the safety and quality of the park, please take care of your children and respect other guests. There are unpredictable risks in the park such as ponds, forests, pools, and wildlife. Children must be accompanied by their parents at all times to avoid accidents. The company is not responsible for any injuries to children. Parents who are unable to supervise their children should not make reservations.
- The campground is a natural environment with elevation differences and slopes. The elderly and those with mobility impairments should assess their physical condition to ensure they are suitable for visiting. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The pools in the park are filtered water pools. Those who play in the water are responsible for their own safety. The pools are open depending on the weather conditions. Please do not enter the water outside of opening hours. Children must be accompanied by their parents to participate in activities. The pool is open until 22:00 at the latest.
- The park provides children's tableware and high chairs. We provide bathtubs, baby bottles, sterilizers, cribs, baby chairs and tableware for babies, and free quilt service (must be notified in advance).
- The park provides food and drinks. Cooking and starting fires are prohibited. If you have any dietary restrictions or potential allergens, please inform us when checking in so that we can prepare your meals accordingly.
- Due to limited refrigerator space in the kitchen, we can only assist with the preservation of breast milk, baby food, and cakes. We do not provide refrigeration for beverages, alcohol, or snacks.
- Please cherish all public property and equipment in the park. Please do not take them out without permission. Compensation will be required for any damage.
- To maintain the quality of accommodation and the rights of other guests, volume will be controlled in the park except for private events. Please keep the volume down between 22:00 and 07:00 the next day and do not make loud noises. The use of dice cups, pai gow, and mahjong is prohibited.
- To protect the natural environment and the rights of other guests, anyone caught smoking in non-designated areas such as the campsite or tent will be asked to immediately stop and leave the park. All tents are made of fabric. If extra odor removal is required due to smoking indoors, a cleaning fee of NT$3000 per tent will be charged.
- The park provides soft and alcoholic beverages. If excessive drinking, vomiting, or urination due to personal reasons requires extra cleaning of the tent, a cleaning fee of NT$5000 per tent will be charged. Compensation will be required for any damage.
- The park provides free parking spaces, only providing parking space and not responsible for safekeeping. Please park in the correct location and provide appropriate protection.

Booking this campsite through the Klook platform was incredibly affordable, saving us almost a thousand [currency unit]. It's cheap, a great value, and you can even earn points! This campsite offers one night with four meals (afternoon tea, dinner, late-night snack, and breakfast, all self-service buffets) including free-flow alcoholic beverages. On top of that, there are many activities available, such as afternoon DIY workshops, basketball, archery, trampolines, electric mahjong tables, and so much more. It's truly a rich experience and absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend it as the ultimate glamping spot for those who want to relax!🤩🤩🤩
You can relax and space out in the park, feeling like you've entered a time capsule. There are plenty of activities and facilities to enjoy, so you don't have to worry about being bored, and you can eat well and sleep well too!

We stayed in an RV this time. On the first day, as soon as we arrived at the parking lot, a staff member came out to greet us, which made a great impression. All the service staff were very friendly. After checking in, there was a series of afternoon tea DIY classes and an outdoor playground, so we were never bored during our free time. For dinner, you could tell the owner really values ingredient quality; the meat was delicious, and it was an all-you-can-eat wagyu beef experience. Each table was provided with three types of hot pot bases, satisfying my love for both spicy hot pot and sukiyaki. The only minor drawback was that the mattress in our RV was severely sunken, noticeably tilting to the left when lying down. When we woke up, the left side of our bodies was noticeably sore. I hope the owner can regularly check this aspect. I'd love to bring family and friends to experience it again sometime.
Both the environment and the service allow guests to fully rest and relax.
The campervan was great for sleeping, and the overall environment was wonderfully created. There were many enriching itineraries and activities, so you don't have to worry about being bored at night. The three-meal package was also up to standard.
