Our experience service is designed exclusively for each guest, requiring a private space and a dedicated preparation process. Once a reservation is confirmed, the time slot and our professional staff are assigned solely to you.

To provide flexibility, we offer a 72-hour cancellation policy. However, due to the nature of our hair and makeup services, it is often difficult to reassign the reserved time to another guest when cancellations are made close to the appointment date.
