【Pre-Departure Information】

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you are unable to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (such as lateness, getting lost, or feeling unwell), no refunds will be provided. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary is a fixed route by shared car, and you will be sharing the ride with other passengers throughout the journey. The vehicle cannot be parked randomly outside of the attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a smaller vehicle model with a driver who also serves as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the journey. (With a smaller vehicle, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace; the driver will focus on driving, and the commentary will be relatively brief.)
• Each person is allowed to bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For extra luggage, you can pay the driver/guide JPY 2,000/piece on site. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Please note that whether you can go to the crater has nothing to do with the weather. It mainly depends on the concentration of gas ejected from the crater. Please be sure to acknowledge this!!

【During the Trip】

• The duration of stay at each attraction has been optimized. Please strictly adhere to the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowd flow. In the event of delays or changes to part of the itinerary, refunds or compensation will not be provided. Please understand and appreciate the uncertainty of travel.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak seasons. The driver/guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as appropriate. Please be mentally prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If any soiling occurs, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own/leave the team midway after the trip starts, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of separation from the group.)
