Very cheap and recommended to book from klook. It sleeper bus where u can sleep during the trip. Very suitable and able to save the accomodation cost.
The meeting point was very confusing, went to the address on google maps and it wasn’t there which mean I missed the bus despite going early but our tuk tuk drove us to meet the bus somewhere
was quite skeptical on sleeper bus but was pleasantly surprised that the lie flat concept work well. Drivers are well rested with rotation and all drive at a safe speed. Only thing is that the estimated time of arrival is skewed from the time written in the activity detail
Pros: the bus is reliable, the drivers are responsible, there is a toilet on board and you can sleep through the trip. The aircon inside the bus works and you will get a blanket and a bottle of water for your comfort. There's also WiFi connection for passengers. Cons: everything on the bus is in rough condition. Toilet door - held by a cable, toilet cabin wall - broken (you can literally see and smell what's going inside), AC outlet - broken and cannot be regulated... I could go on and on. Don't get me wrong - you get what you pay for. This is and backpacking standard in Cambodia. Take this trip if you don't cars about luxury, but want to get to the point safe.
Is a special experience because sleep on the bus that lay on bed. Because my mother has serious motion sickness and when I purchased the ticket it cannot choose the seating. Therefore she felt uncomfortable and even vomit due to the bumpy road. If you had serious motion sickness, it is not advisable to sleep on the second floor. The driver also drive quite fast, maybe we departed late. There was other passengers they purchased the ticket but there is not seat for them, one of them had to sleep on the floor and also 3 people share the twin seats.

The driver can speak English and there is also a clean toilet on the bus. We don’t have to change bus like other services, that’s what I love. Reasonable price for excellent service! (Pic from lonely planet because I forgot to take photo)
The overnight bus was surprisingly comfortable. Bus was slightly late, but was most likely due to the rainy weather. Throughout the ride it was safe, despite the roads being a little bumpy. There is a toilet on board as well.
Great experience. You don’t even feel the length of this trip as you’ll be sleeping all the time:). Using the toilet could be bit tricky as the roads are quite bumpy.
