- Each passenger is only allowed to bring a maximum of 30kg of total luggage
- If any of the buses break down mid-trip that requires a change of bus causing 2+ hours delay, your ticket will be fully refunded
- The bus is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible, however, they can be stored in the compartment
