Activation procedure

  • The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
  • The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
  • 請務必至「日本當地」再將卡片置入手機使用，避免造成卡片提前開卡及無法順利啟動卡片的情況發生
  • 如遇無法使用之情形，只需參照說明書做簡易設定即可

Booking guidelines

  • The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
  • If you encounter any service disruption such as unable to connect to internet, slow speed, APN settings or any other service disruption after inserting the card, please contact the operator's customer service at: Daijobu 客服（ID : @daijobu）
  • Do not insert your SIM Card before your arrival at 日本. Otherwise it will cause service disruption. No refund will be issued in this case

Usage reminder

  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
  • Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
  • The speed of your connection is dependent on your reception
  • This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
  • 請注意：插卡後手機會自動搜尋最佳訊號電信商，若非經技術客服人員判斷；請勿任意更改電信商，以免造成卡片無法使用情況
  • 若曾使用過其他需下載、安裝描述檔的上網卡，須先刪除原本的描述檔再使用此卡（描述檔檢查方式：設定 -> 一般，拉到最底部，若是無描述檔表示一切正常），以免造成無法啟用卡片情況產生
  • 不適用機型平板：翻譯機、分享器、鎖卡機、電信商自營品牌手機、改裝手機不建議使用、美國、日本購買的手機不建議使用，如有疑問可洽詢客服諮詢
  • 卡片＆手機使用注意
  • 自插卡開通後開始計算天數，開通日不足24小時，仍以1日計算（例：在3月1日9:00 AM開通， 3月1日11:59 PM即算第一天結束，有效期至3月7日11:59 PM）
  • 時間計算基準，是以「日本時間」為準
  • 詳細流量計算請以電信公司後台數據為準
  • 網速會因為你的終端設備及地理位置有所不同，故並不保證最低網速，請你確認後再行下單
  • 熱點分享會佔據頻寬，恕不接受因為熱點分享造成網速變慢的狀況
  • 若是雙卡手機請你務必將卡片置放於「卡槽1」，並將「卡槽2」清空，以防無法順利開卡
