  • Please cooperate with the service according to the arrival or departure process shown on the product page.

[Arrival Process]

  • After the plane lands, please follow the airport signs for "Arrival Immigration" to the immigration inspection area.
  • Before the immigration inspection area, look for staff holding a sign with the words "Love Vietnam".
  • The staff will verify passenger information and guide you to the designated priority lane.
  • Once passengers enter the immigration inspection area, staff will no longer be able to enter the queue to provide assistance, according to airport immigration regulations.
  • Please stay in the designated lane throughout the process. If you leave or change lanes, the service may be interrupted.
  • Passengers must complete the immigration inspection procedures themselves according to on-site instructions. The arrival clearance service ends after the immigration inspection is completed.

[Departure Process]

  • After arriving at the airport, please proceed to the airline counter to complete check-in and baggage check-in yourself.
  • Please go to the designated departure meeting point 2 hours before the flight departure and look for staff holding a sign with the words "Love Vietnam".

[Special Instructions for Each Airport]

Ho Chi Minh Airport (SGN)

  • Ho Chi Minh Airport is the busiest international airport in Vietnam, with dense flights and high passenger traffic. 09:00-18:00 daily is the peak period for arrivals and departures. Customs clearance may require waiting for more than 3 hours. This service can help reduce waiting time for customs clearance, but it is not an exemption from queuing or a guarantee of immediate customs clearance. Please confirm that you accept this before placing an order.

Hanoi Airport (HAN)

  • Due to Hanoi airport regulations, on-site departure services cannot greet passengers with hand-held signs. Please be sure to proactively add the supplier's WhatsApp: +886 916351972 at least 48 hours before the flight departure and provide your order number to provide subsequent meeting location and pick-up instructions. Failure to join within the specified time may affect on-site reception arrangements.

[Important Notes]

  • This service is a priority clearance assistance service. The actual queuing time and clearance speed will depend on the airport traffic and on-site operations on the day.
  • If the service cannot be provided within a reasonable time after cooperating with the on-site process, please contact customer service immediately for processing. If it is confirmed that it is not due to passenger factors, a full refund will be provided.
  • This service is mainly provided during peak hours at the airport to assist passengers with arrival and departure clearance procedures.
  • From 02:00-05:00 in the morning, due to less airport traffic, customs clearance operations usually only open a single channel. Even if priority clearance service is used, it may still share the same route with general passengers. This is an airport control operation arrangement and is not a service abnormality.
  • Because customs clearance routes cannot be effectively distinguished during the above time periods, in order to maintain overall service quality and manpower deployment, arrival and departure reception services are not provided from 02:00-05:00 in the morning.
  • This service is only applicable to international flights and cannot be used for domestic flights. Please confirm the nature of your flight before placing an order.
  • Please be sure to confirm that the service airport you ordered is consistent with the actual flight arrival and departure airport to avoid affecting your rights.
  • Please be sure to fill in the correct flight number (e.g. VN579) when ordering. Do not fill in the booking code (e.g. AB3X9Q). If it is filled in incorrectly, the service cannot be arranged.
  • If the flight is a cross-day flight in the early morning (e.g. departing from 00:00-02:00), please be sure to use the actual flight date as the filling when ordering; for arrival services, please fill in the correct arrival date and time, and for departure services, please fill in the correct departure date and time.
  • If the service arrangement time does not match due to incorrect date filling, the on-site reception will be affected, and the relevant impact will be borne by the passenger.
  • If the service airport ordered is obviously inconsistent with the flight information provided, or the information is incorrect and does not meet the service conditions and the service cannot be arranged, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.
  • After completing the order and providing the correct required information, the service is considered arranged, and no separate arrangement completion notification will be provided.
  • Passengers are responsible for preparing a passport with a validity of more than 6 months and relevant documents and visas that meet the purpose of entry on the day of using the service. This service does not include Vietnam visa application or agency.
  • This service is only applicable to using e-visas. If the passenger's visa is a visa on arrival, an on-site waiting service fee of US$6 will be charged due to additional waiting and processing time. Passengers should prepare the relevant forms, photos and fees themselves.
  • Passengers holding Chinese passports need to prepare an additional US$5 and 2 passport photos (4×6 cm or 2×2 inches) when entering Vietnam.
  • The on-site staff for departure services will only wait and receive passengers 2 hours before the flight departure. It is normal for there to be no staff waiting on-site if passengers arrive at the meeting point too early.
  • On-site staff can only provide assistance in designated areas. Once passengers are guided to the designated customs clearance route or enter the immigration inspection area, on-site staff will no longer be able to enter the queue to provide assistance. Please keep passengers in the designated line throughout the process. If passengers leave or change the customs clearance route on their own, the service may be interrupted.
  • If you encounter a large crowd and cannot find staff at the designated meeting point in a timely manner, please contact customer service via WhatsApp immediately and provide your order number, photos of the on-site environment and your current location, and wait in place as instructed.
  • If you do not contact us for confirmation in the above manner and clear customs or leave the designated process on your own, it will be deemed a waiver of the service and no refund will be given.
  • If there are any changes in flight time, flight number or date, please be sure to notify customer service in advance so that the reception arrangement can be updated immediately. If you are not notified in time, the relevant impact and losses will be borne by the passenger.
  • A child is defined as being under 12 years old on the day of using the service. No refunds will be given if the service cannot be used due to age restrictions.
