[Entry Process]
- After the plane lands, please go to the immigration inspection area according to the Arrival Immigration signs at the airport.
- Before the immigration inspection area, look for staff holding a sign with the words Love Vietnam.
- The staff will verify the passenger information and guide you to the designated priority pass channel.
- Once passengers enter the immigration inspection area, the staff will no longer be able to enter the queue to provide assistance in accordance with the regulations of the airport immigration unit.
- Please keep moving forward in the designated clearance channel throughout the process. If you leave or change the route by yourself, the service may be interrupted.

Ho Chi Minh Airport (SGN)
- Ho Chi Minh Airport is the busiest international airport in Vietnam, with dense flights and large passenger traffic. 09:00-18:00 every day is the peak period for entry and exit. It may take more than 3 hours to clear customs. This service can help reduce the waiting time for customs clearance, but it is not a queue-free or guaranteed immediate customs clearance. Please confirm that you can accept it before placing an order.
Hanoi Airport (HAN)
- Due to the operating regulations of Hanoi Airport, on-site departure services cannot receive passengers with hand-held signs. Please be sure to actively add the supplier's WhatsApp 48 hours before the flight takes off: +886 916351972, and provide the order number to facilitate the subsequent provision of meeting locations and contact instructions. Failure to join within the prescribed time may affect on-site reception arrangements.

- This service is only applicable to electronic visas. If the passenger's visa is a visa on arrival, an additional waiting service fee of US$6 will be charged on site due to additional waiting and operation time. Passengers should prepare the relevant forms, photos and fees themselves.
- Passengers holding Chinese passports need to prepare an additional US$5 and 2 headshots with a size of 4×6 cm or 2×2 inches when entering Vietnam.
- On-site staff for departure services will only wait and receive passengers starting 2 hours before the flight takes off. If passengers arrive at the meeting point too early and no staff has been arranged to wait on site, this is a normal operation arrangement.
- On-site staff can only provide assistance in designated areas. Once passengers are guided to the designated clearance route or enter the immigration inspection area, on-site staff will no longer be able to enter the queue to provide assistance. Passengers should keep moving forward within the designated route throughout the process. If you leave or change the customs clearance route by yourself, the service may be interrupted.
- In case of crowded people, if you cannot find the staff at the designated meeting point in time, please contact customer service immediately via WhatsApp and provide the order number, photos of the on-site environment and your current location, and wait in place according to the instructions.
