Everything was great - Bus ride to Terracotta was fast and efficient. The guide on the bus explained in detailed on where to board the return bus and rent the audio device and created a WeChat group for easier comms. At Terracotta, we were transferred to another guide who showed us Pit 1-3. She also recommended us to try the VR experience which was nice too. We took the 8.30am bus and finished the tour around 2pm and had lunch till 3pm. Wanted to go Lisban but it was too rush so we took the 4.30pm bus back to ZhongLou. Highly recommended.
Those who want to buy a package with an English ebook, better think first. I bought a package with an English ebook + Lishan Garden, throughout the trip the tour guide spoke Mandarin. When we arrived at Terracotta, the local tour guide changed and still used Mandarin. We were only given an ebook that was just pictures from email and WeChat. The tour guide was completely unhelpful, when we asked, he asked us to pay 966 yuan for 7 people, of course we didn't want to pay again because we had already bought it from Klook. From the Terracotta Museum, the local tour guide left us, even though we were already connected to his WeChat. We didn't know how to get to Lishan Garden. Finally, we returned home with another bus group. It was really disappointing. Were we wrong? We had chosen the English e-guide, but it turned out we had to think on our own. It should have been explained that the English ebook package would not have an English tour guide, only Mandarin.
Guide was helpful and friendly. Kept looking out for a spot for me to look at the pit as I am short. Convenient pickup for transport if staying at Bell Tower area.
Great experience! The shuttle bus was clean and the explanation was clear.
Meeting point instructions were wrong - incorrect metro exit given so we were on the wrong side of road and then headed in the wrong direction. On a minibus which was old and small, but then transferred onto bigger and better coach for most of the journey. No English commentary given at all even though the guide spoke English. Very difficult to find your way back to the return meeting point as you exit the site in a completely different place. Use Mr Wei burgers as a refrence point and leave plenty of time to find the office.
Convenient bus journey. Staff wear uniform easy to find. No English guide. If want have to engage on terracota site and pay for the English guide. Cost around 60 to 70 dollars.
Tour was good except the return trip tour bus guide was not with us to the last alight point. She alighted half way
very good service very good instructions. even in English because I don't know Chinese
it was really difficult to understand where to go for the bus back to Xi An and for that reason we ended up getting a taxi due to us having limited time.

Departure Route & Schedule
Outbound Shuttle:
- Departure time: 08:00-14:00
- Approximately every 30 minutes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance. Please do not arrive at the last minute.
- No need to select a boarding point in advance. Simply go to the nearest meeting point on the day of departure.
- If there are few people at a single departure point, departures will be merged with other departure points. Please be aware of this!
- Free explanation of Pit 1, 2, and 3 of the Terracotta Army is provided with the shuttle. Please contact the staff on the shuttle if you need it arranged.

Return Shuttle:
- Departure time: 13:00-18:00
- Approximately every 30 minutes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance. Please do not arrive at the last minute.
- Specific departure address for the return shuttle: [Navigate to “Through Train驿站”] About 50 meters behind the Qin Shi Huang statue in the Terracotta Army Scenic Area Square. Register on the second floor after seeing the Through Train 驿站 sign before boarding.
- The return shuttle will drop off passengers near the Bell and Drum Tower in Xi'an.
Precautions:
There are shopping venues in the scenic area, which are not our company’s contracted shopping shops. You are free to enter and exit. Please be cautious when shopping.
Seniors:
- Seniors aged 70 (inclusive) or above who book a trip must sign a "Health Certificate" with our company and be accompanied by a family member or friend (excluding those who cannot be accommodated or have restricted accommodation due to service capacity limitations) before traveling.
- Due to limited service capabilities, we are unable to accept bookings from tourists over the age of 81. Thank you for your understanding.
