• We will send Whatapps/LINE/email to guests 1-2 days before the tour to arrange information such as booking forest cafe drinks, lunch restaurants, and guide contact. Please check it in time. In special circumstances, if you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest email.
• The plan details are a reference itinerary for the day (Please note: the guide may adjust the order of the itinerary or reduce the停留時間 of some attractions according to the actual situation of the day, please understand and cooperate).

【Vehicle and Tour Guide Arrangements】

• Use legal green-plated operating vehicles, with guaranteed safety.
• Commercial vehicles are limited to 10 hours per day, and the itinerary order will be adjusted as needed.
• Shared car system, seats are first-come, first-served. If you have any requests, please make a note in advance. The final arrangement will be subject to the guide’s decision.
• For groups of 13 or more, Cantonese or English guide services can be arranged for attentive companionship.

【Time and Meeting Instructions】

• The itinerary and stop times will be adjusted according to road conditions and weather on the day. Please follow the guide's arrangements.
• Please do not arrange other itineraries on the same day. We will not be responsible for any losses caused by delays.
• This is a shared car tour. Please arrive on time for the meeting. Late arrivals will be considered as abandonment and no refunds will be given. You will be responsible for the relevant costs.

【Itinerary Flexibility and Safety Statement】

• In case of natural disasters or road closures, the itinerary will be flexibly adjusted and communicated with travelers.
• For safety reasons, outdoor activities may be changed or canceled depending on the on-site situation.
• The vehicle model will be arranged according to the actual number of people and cannot be specified.
• You can leave the tour midway, which will be considered as automatic abandonment. No refunds will be given, and you will bear the risks yourself.
