The store is really hard to find especially when you are in a hurry to catch your hotel bus. They should put up a large signage of KLOOK. We found out that you claim your simcard inside a Luggage store after many minutes of looking for it. The sim does not work in Luxembourg. Still, a steal at its price.

I should have given this a 5 star rating but the sim does bot work in Luxembourg and I don't know why. other than that, it works perfectly all over the five countries we visited. I recommend this to all the tourists aking a 2 week vacation in Europe.

Great experience of booking via Klook. No paperwork or document is needed. The pickup counter is right above where the RER from the airport leaves. It’s near the ATM. The SIM card gets activated as soon as you insert it. Great network coverage as well.

This deal is a definite steal! The connectivity is necessary to aid in navigation, communications, & easy online checking of almost anything you need during a Paris trip & the SIM deal was way worth it. It was also easy to find the pick up location.
