Activation procedure
- Step 1: Register your eSIM at starhub.com/registerSIM via mobile web. Scan or manually key in the SIM Card Serial Number below. Please note registration can only be done via mobile
- Step 2: Scan your passport for ID verification and perform a facial verification
- Step 3: Install your eSIM by scanning the QR code in the voucher. Please ensure your device has a stable internet connection
- Step 4: Your eSIM will activate when you arrive in Singapore and connect to StarHub mobile network
- All visitors aged 18 and above who are traveling to Singapore and have an eSIM-compatible device can sign up for an data eSIM.
- Important Notice: For iPhones on iOS 18.5, registration is disabled. Please update to iOS 18.6 or later to complete registration.

I used the StarHub 5G Traveler SIM on my trip to Singapore and it worked really well. Setup was super easy, and I had fast, stable internet everywhere I went. Even at Universal Studios Singapore, where it’s usually crowded, the connection was smooth for maps, photos, and streaming. Around the city, the coverage was just as solid, which made getting around so much easier.
Super easy experience with this eSIM 👍 Got 3 eSIMs set up the day before our trip, registration was fast and straightforward. Turned them on before departure, and once we landed in Singapore, everything connected instantly. No hassle, no waiting around, just straight to using data. Signal was strong and reliable throughout the trip too, which made getting around and staying connected really convenient. The speed of the 5G is good and the registration and activation is quite easy. It worth the money paid.
What an absolute bargain! It takes some attention to register the eSIM via QR code because my phone cannot scan QR codes from my email - I scanned my girlfriends photo she took of the voucher in my mail. After that the speed is awesome. Also, getting to spend 3GB out of 100(!) while travelling through Australia is an absolute lifesaver. I can highly recommend it! My only regret is not buying the version that allows another two weeks of international roaming. 😉
That was wonderful experience with StarHub eSIM. Network was excellent. I use hotpot for my partner which was also uninterrupted. Thanks to Klook for giving me a nice opportunity to use this type excellent eSIM by minimum expense.
I TRIED THIS ESIM AND I TELL YOU GUYS ITS WORK FINE!!! YOU CAN COPY THE LINK AND PASTE IT TO YOUR CHROME DO NOT CLIKC THE LINK IN THE KLOOK AND ENTER MANUALLY THE DETAIL. I DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEM TO MY ESIM TRIED THIS IS VERY AFFORDABLE!

Need to register with your passport first. Installation was easy. data was fast 5G speed and including roaming which was good for my short trip to Malaysia. would recommend!
Need to register first before activating the sim card. Can be done in home country since it needs internet for registration. Otherwise the signal was reliable and fast. Had no down time
