Vision Correction Recommendations

A head-mounted display (HMD) is required for the experience. If you wear glasses with large frames, you may experience difficulty fitting them or risk pressure and deformation. We recommend using contact lenses to ensure comfort and safety.

Health and Safety Restrictions

The venue includes a VR experience. For your safety, we cannot provide the experience, or you may need to consult a doctor to assess your suitability to participate if you:

• Are pregnant
• Have heart disease or high blood pressure
• Suffer from epilepsy, vertigo, or panic disorder
• Have electronic devices implanted in your body (e.g., pacemaker, hearing aid, defibrillator, etc.)
• Have impaired vision or are sensitive to flashes or rapidly moving images

On-Site Dynamic Safety Reminder

The XR experience may involve natural movement, head rotation, or even slight interaction with others. If you feel any discomfort during the experience (such as dizziness, headache, psychological stress, etc.), please inform our staff immediately, and we will provide assistance.

Age Restriction Recommendation

The content of this experience is mainly idol performances. In principle, there is no age limit, but it is recommended that viewers under the age of 13 be accompanied by an adult to assist in wearing the equipment and ensure safety. Children under 6 years old may not be able to fully experience the content due to helmet wearing restrictions. Parents should consider participation accordingly.

Wheelchair Access

Each session has one dedicated wheelchair space and admission for one accompanying guest. If needed, please inform us in advance when registering or checking in.

Personal Belongings

During the experience, it is recommended that you store personal belongings such as mobile phones and bags in the paid lockers within the Taipei Music Center area or keep them with you. Staff will ensure smooth movement for participants and avoid disturbing others.

Special Needs or Assistance

If you have any special needs (such as language assistance, sensory sensitivities, psychological disabilities, etc.), please contact the organizer in advance, and we will do our best to arrange suitable assistance.

Ticket Refund Information:

Refund requests must be submitted 20 days before the performance date and are subject to a 5% handling fee.

Important Notes:

• Ticket sales for each session will close at 23:59 two days before the start of the session. Please pay attention to the ticketing time.
• Please do not make loud noises, play around, eat, drink, smoke, or litter in the exhibition hall.
• Visitors who are inappropriately dressed, accompanied by pets, or carrying long-handled umbrellas will not be allowed to enter (except for guide dogs).
• Please take care of your personal belongings. The organizer does not provide a consignment service and is not responsible for personal property loss. Please take good care of your personal and valuable items.
• Video recording is prohibited during the official experience. Photography and video recording in the venue are only for personal use. Please do not use flash, selfie sticks, or tripods. Works that are not allowed to be photographed will be marked with a prohibition sign.
• Those with eligibility for concession tickets should present supporting documents. Discounts cannot be used simultaneously.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session and cooperate with the on-site staff to wear the equipment. Admission will not be allowed after the session has started.
• It is forbidden to peddle or resell tickets on-site. If any inappropriate behavior is not corrected after being advised, the person must leave immediately without objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be given.
• Tickets are limited to single use and are not transferable. Damaged or lost tickets will be considered invalid and will not be reissued. Each ticket type is valid until the end of the exhibition, and no refunds will be given after the expiration date.
• Other ticketing regulations will be handled in accordance with the "Items to be Included and Excluded in the Standardized Contract for Arts and Culture Exhibition Tickets" promulgated by the Ministry of Culture for any consumer disputes arising from this ticket.
• The organizer reserves the right to interpret, add, change, and cancel these important notes. Relevant regulations are subject to the announcements on the Facebook fan page, Instagram, and on-site.
