We were able to use the maps/waze during our trip because we purchased a sim card. Before, it is my worry everytime I travel out of the country that it may cost me lots of money for the roaming access. But now, many are offering this kind of sim card already that is low cost but you can still maximize the use of it since it has lots of data allowance.

I highly recommend this product! The exchange point at KIX Airport was easy to find and the registration process was quick. It was easy to use and became active quickly after the setting up by the exchange person. I traveled from Osaka to Nagoya and Ise City (quite rural area), up north to Sapporo and Otaru, and then down south to Hiroshima, until I got back again to Osaka

Very easy process to pick up the simcard. Connection was good throughout Japan as I travelled from Osaka right up to Sapporo. Recommended! Highly recommended and easy to use. The pick up location is also easy to find. After you go out from the arrival exit, go directly to the second floor and its beside the drug store. Will book again soon

A very nice and inexpensive option to be online via your smartphone in Japan. A pick up was super easy and quick at 2F at Narita Terminal 2. They provide you with printed manual which isn't easy to follow actually but when you make all steps the internet starts to work as supposed. The connection was perfect in all areas of Tokyo. Recommend!

Very easy to claim and the staff in the booth was very helpful. She help me configure the simcard on my simcard. I was able to use it all over the Kansai. Osaka. Kobe. Kyoto. Nara at even Mie. The connection was always strong. Very useful when navigating. i will definitely order again.

There should be more specifics on how to locate the booth or signages where it is located but other than that, it was worth purchasing it. I used it all the time navigating around Tokyo and the internet was fast. I would book this again when I go back to Tokyo. I also used it when we were in Mt. Fuji Kawaguchiko and even when we were on higher grounds, I still got fast internet and could upload IG stories from our trip.

The place is easy to find! I just got off the Osaka Namba station, and to my right was the Cafe St. already. Then straight ahead I saw the Edion Mall sign. Just go out at Exit 1 of Osaka Namba Station (I took the Mido-suji subway) and to your right would be the Cafe street. The staff was friendly and she can help install the SIM card right away. But I didn’t install yet because I was in a hurry. I suggest you install it there cos they have instructions different for iOS and for android. And you will need the SIM card slot pin. I was able to enjoy Japan because of the sim and I was able to book ticket to Nagoya and my USJ ticket in Klook using the internet!!! Hehe I got 3GB for 8 days. I used it for about 7 days only and I still have internet the day I was leaving. So I guess it’s enough for usual browsing, social media and google maps!
