Good to know
- If the minimum number of participants (10) is not reached, the tour may be cancelled(We will inform you at least 3 days in advance)
- The capybara open-air bath experience is available from November through March of the following year.
- The type of bath varies daily and may not always feature yuzu.
- Treat-feeding requires an additional fee.
- Activities are subject to change or cancellation depending on the animals’ health conditions.
- Kindly refrain from feeding sweets or outside food to the animals, as it may cause digestive issues.
- Boat rides operate on a first-come, first-served basis at the boarding booth inside the zoo.
- Boarding is not allowed for children under 2, pregnant guests, or anyone under the influence of alcohol.
- Operation may be suspended or canceled due to weather or animal health conditions.
- The lift may be suspended during strong winds or stormy weather for safety reasons.
- The annual Yamayaki (controlled mountain burning) takes place on the second Sunday of February. Please note the mountains may appear scorched for several months following the event.
- Babies are permitted but must be held securely by an adult or carried in a baby carrier.
- Due to the steep path at the summit, strollers are not allowed for safety reasons.
