- Please bring along your original passport for SIM card registration at the place of pickup
- To track your balance, download the Starhub App (App Store / Google Play) and login with your mobile number
- To use Data Roaming on your device ensure that Mobile Data & Data Roaming is enabled
- For overseas calls, Dial 018 < country code > < area code > < number >
- Ensure that your APN (Access Point Name) is set to “shwap” to enable data connection. Click here for a step-by-step guide.

- Purchase Notice
- SIM card registration is mandatory, and activation of SIM card will be done uponcollection
- Each Passport holder can only register up to 3 Prepaid SIM cards (regardless of service provider)
- The person registering the SIM card must be at least 15 years old
- SIM registration with passport will be subjected to thirty (30) days validity as per IMDA’s regulations

This is worth it. They will activate and register your sim card immediately. And you can use it perfectly. My 100Gb works for 3days with more than 10 devices connected, never turn it off even if we are at the hotel. Fast internet provider. Worth it.
