- Partial refund are not possible even if the tour finished earlier than expected time by customer's request.
- Overtime will be charged more than 15 mins or add hour available with fees.

service: A passionate driver who did his job very well, as he escorted us to visit at the Gamcheon Culture Village for picture taken where my wife and I did out of our expected serivce the driver provided. Although he could not speake english, however, he made his biggest effort to explain local culture to make us understandable via translation machine.
The Busan driver was quite reserved, and although he didn't speak English, he was very responsible and professional. He used a translation app on his phone throughout the trip to introduce the attractions we passed by. He also managed the time at each attraction, allowing us to visit multiple spots smoothly. We went to Haedong Yonggung Temple, Gamcheon Culture Village, Oryukdo Skywalk, and the Busan Songdo Cable Car 👍🏻. The vehicle that picked us up was a six-seater, which was very spacious and comfortable! I wanted to go to Jagalchi Market to eat king crab, and the driver recommended a restaurant outside the market, where the price was also quite reasonable 👍🏻. Overall, the experience was very good.
The driver was Korean and used a simple translation app to communicate with us. He also recommended a delicious local BBQ restaurant. We appreciate him.

Great experience. Tour operator was easy to deal with in advance and help us plan the day via WhatsApp. On the actual day the driver helped up make changes to the tour as it ended up being quite wet that day. Very happy with the service.
Our Driver Chae Jonghwa was fantastic! He even helped us to find an ATM after we inadvertantly left our Korean cash behind in one of our hotels prior to this eperience. Whilst we didn't share a lot of common language; phone translation apps made up for it and there were no real difficulties in communication. When arriving at the spots we wanted to visit, he didn't just drop us off at a car park/on the side of the road, but accompanied us to the entrances etc to make sure we didn't get lost. Itinerary was just as planned and timed out perfectly.
Driver was waiting at the Port earlier than our scheduled meeting time. The van was clean and comfortable. Great service.
