Usage reminder
- It is required to make an 'authorization hold' worth AED200 via credit card as a safety deposit. No actual charge will be made on your credit card by kitmytrip. The authorization hold will be released from your account (rendering the balance available again) after 14 working days after the transaction date depending on the cardholder's issuing bank. In some cases, the authorization hold may last as long as 30 days

It’s useful in our Dubai trip. Very Easy to claim and ibalik sa airport. You will be charge with deposit pero refundable naman sya.

The wifi was super fast. The staff who assisted us was very kind and nice. The wifi has its own charger and adaptor. We had no problem connecting to the device
It worked okay the whole trip but it was very hard to find the counter where you could return it to at the airport. They should be more visible and have a designated counter or drop off box.
Easy transcation. Might take awhile in picking up but wifi is really fast. Appreciate the advise of the people at the counter
I’ve rented pocket wifi on my multiple travels abroad and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The staff who processed my booking made a mistake on entering my visa details when registering the device and due to this, I was not able to use the device for 5 days (I rented the device for 10 days so that’s half of the time I paid to use the device). I reported the issue and they told me to go to a Du service center, I did go to a service center but Du told me that they won’t be able to change the details and I need to go to their branch in Dubai Mall. We have a tour package booked so I was not able to go so I messaged Kit my trip if I can get a refund for the days that I was not able to use but I did not get any response. My advice is to just buy a data plan when you arrive at the airport, Dubai will give you a free tourist sim (With 1 GB of data) when you arrive (Mine was given at the immigration) and just top-up your data.l, this will be a cheaper option.
