Pre-Departure Notice •Please ensure that the communication app you have provided remains accessible during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. Vehicle and guide information for the next day’s departure will be sent to your email address by 8 PM the day before departure. Please check your inbox (and spam folder). To ensure a smooth departure, please be sure to contact your guide or driver in a timely manner. Thank you. •If the minimum group size is not met, you will be notified of cancellation by email one day prior to departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel by 6:00 PM local time the day before departure and notify you by email. Seats and Vehicles •This is a shared tour. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make a note of any special requests, and we will do our best to accommodate them, but the final arrangement will be subject to on-site conditions. •The type of vehicle used will depend on the number of participants, and specific vehicle types cannot be requested. When there are fewer participants, a driver may also serve as an attendant, and the explanations may be more concise. •If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If any damage or soiling occurs, you will be required to pay compensation according to local standards. Itinerary Adjustments and Safety •Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles may not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If this time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from ¥5,000–10,000 per hour). •The itinerary is for reference only. Actual travel, stop, and visit times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, facility maintenance, or other circumstances. The guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. •If facilities such as cable cars or cruise ships are suspended due to weather or force majeure, alternative attractions will be visited or the duration of stays will be adjusted. •No refunds will be given for lateness, changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway through the tour due to personal reasons. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional costs incurred after leaving the group. Seasons and Scenery •Seasonal limited-time events such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks displays are greatly affected by the climate. The flowering period and peak of autumn leaves may be earlier or later than expected. Even if the expected scenery is not achieved, the tour will still depart as scheduled, and no refunds will be given.

Other Information •Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join the tour midway. •We recommend wearing light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours.

* Personal travel and accident insurance are not included in the tour. We recommend that you purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve certain risks. Please consider your health condition carefully before signing up.

* After the tour has started, if it is forced to be cancelled due to natural disasters or force majeure, no refunds will be given, and you will be responsible for your own return or additional accommodation costs.

* During peak travel periods on Japanese public holidays and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions close early. We recommend that you do not book flights, bullet trains (Shinkansen), or dinners for the same evening, and bring your own snacks and power bank.
