1. It was quite easy to book; I even got tickets last minute. 2. The first time you go, you'll be completely confused. There are nearly ten boats docked at once, with no signs and no one to guide you. You'll have to find your boat on the pier yourself. Luckily, I met friendly staff from another boat who directed me: after entering Pier 5, you need to walk to the very end, and the boat on the left is yours. 3. The boat's facilities are quite new, but there are no life vests available for children. On the return trip, life vests are collected before the boat even docks. 4. Outside food is prohibited. Only very small cookies, candies, and coffee are available on board. 5. I recommend it for viewing the night scenery and fireworks, but be sure to check the weather and sea conditions in advance.

Great yacht, but poor operation and service ​The yacht ride itself was incredible and romantic due to the nice music, and the drone show was beautiful. However, the pre-boarding process was very confusing and stressful; there was no waiting area or ground staff, leaving us to wait outdoors right at the dock. ​As foreigners, it was even harder since all signs were in Korean. The name "I Love You Yacht" wasn't displayed at the port. We only figured out where to go because we asked staff from another yacht company that was disembarking, and because we saw local tourists suddenly boarding. The boarding path was also narrow, crowded, and felt unsafe. ​Service for foreigners needs major improvement. When confirming our names, the staff didn't understand and shouted at us, even though we had already shown our tickets with our names and barcodes clearly visible. I hope management improves their on-site communication and English signage.
