Staff was very helpful despite the language barrier. Food.is delicious and filling. Restaurant was easy to find. It is in the 6th floor. Clean and warm atmosphere.
The plan I purchased was the Wagyu beef + Black pork all-you-can-eat option, and there seems to be a wider variety of choices if you go there in person. Although it's quite crowded during peak dining hours, I don't think you'll have to wait too long. If you arrive earlier, you might not even have to queue. Also, be careful to note which store you're booking, as there are two or three near Sapporo Station. Surprisingly, the staff's English isn't very good. If you don't speak or understand Japanese, I strongly recommend downloading a translation app to communicate. Although there's a bit of a language barrier, the staff are all very nice and not at all impatient, offering very kind and proactive service! The meat is also very delicious, highly recommended.
good food, great place and outstanding customer service crew!
The food was delicious and the experience was superb!
Food taste: Average, beef texture is okay. Price: A bit high. Service: Good. Restaurant atmosphere: If you have a large group, there are private rooms. The ventilation system needs improvement, the smell sticks to your clothes a bit too much.
Dining Experience Atmosphere: Minimalist Zen style, soft and comfortable lighting. Service: Friendly and polite, timely food delivery, hot towels. Food Taste: Japanese Sukiyaki, all-you-can-eat Price: Approximately 450 yuan per person, quality matches quantity. Not considered high value for money. Suitable for small gatherings, not too crowded and they won't rush you out. It's perfect if you want to sit down quietly and eat with your family, or bring children.
Tourist oriented spot at a central location, with standard all-you-can-eat hot pot: fresh meats and vegetables. You get a fair amount and refills are prompt, but the quality and taste stay very average, while sukiyaki is salty. No dishes that stand out or feel worth returning for. Service was also average. Waitresses are doing fine, but others are weird and not really friendly. At this price range, there are clearly much better options with similar or even lower costs. The food doesn’t justify the cost, and there’s no compelling reason to choose this place over stronger alternatives nearby. It’s passable for pure convenience, but that’s about it.
The quality is poor; even a Yoshinoya meal is better. The actual product doesn't match the photos.
