- Please look for the staff at the arrivals exit holding a Klook sign with your name on it
- The representative will wait for you up to 2.5 hours from your flight landing time. If you are delayed longer than 2.5 hours after landing, please email or message to check if the representative is still available
- If you are unable to redeem the SIM card due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 2.5 hours of landing, a full refund will be issued
