Jonilyn 27 Jan 2019I am travelling with my family so we’ve considered to buy a Sim Card which we can use for calls and for unlimited internet. This is a Sim card which helps us locate the streets and food stations considering that some of the the taiwanese living in taiwan doesn’t know how to speak in English. It is very helpful and easy to use. The pick up station where you can claim the sim card was also easy to find. It is more cheaper here in Klook, I will definitely buy more whenever I go to Taiwan again.

Anita 15 Feb 2019Pick up location was short walk (exit to right, then turn right) from baggage claim exit in terminal two. However three booths look similar. Booth 2 scanned my QR code, said they don’t supply “Welldone” SIM card and directed me to booth 3. Booth 3 said they don’t have SIM cards and sent me back to booth 2. After a bit of discussion between the two representatives in booth 2, one started typing on the computer and asked for my passport. In the end I have a SIM card that works well, but pickup could have been smoother. -
