- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- WiFi devices are generally in stock. In the rare case that none are available, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email

Delivery Information
- Your WiFi device will be delivered to you 2 day(s) before your departure date
- Your WiFi device will be picked up from the specified delivery address 2 day(s) after your arrival date
- Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
- In case of late returns, lost, or damaged device without insurance, charges will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is insufficient, an extra charge will be required

- Free shipping areas in Hanoi: Hoan Kiem district, Ba Dinh district, Dong Da district, Hai Ba Trung district
- Free shipping areas in Ho Chi Minh: Districts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11; Phu Nhuan district, Binh Thanh district
- If delivery address is outside of free shipping districts in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, an additional surcharge of VND35,000 will apply and should be paid in cash directly to the shipper

Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hour(s) before the selected activity date
