- We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but as this is a shared car tour, seat allocation primarily follows a first-come, first-served principle. If you have special requests, please inform us in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange suitable seating for you. The final arrangement will be subject to the tour guide's coordination on the day. We hope for your understanding and tolerance, and thank you for your consideration.
- Due to the long journey, the actual arrival time may be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The times mentioned above are only estimates. Please avoid arranging other activities after the day's itinerary. Our company will not be held responsible for any losses caused by delays. We appreciate your understanding.
- During peak tourist season or under other special circumstances, the departure time of the itinerary may be slightly earlier or later. The specific departure time will be subject to the email notification sent on the day before departure. Please be prepared in advance.
- As one-day/two-day tours are shared car tours, please be sure to arrive at the meeting point or attraction on time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, and you will be responsible for any unexpected expenses and liabilities incurred due to lateness. We appreciate your understanding.
- In case of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may adjust the operating hours of amusement facilities or show times, or even cancel the operation and performances of some attractions, without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding.
- This product may be adjusted based on factors such as weather. To ensure your safety, staff have the right to ask guests to stop outdoor activities and communicate with you to make alternative arrangements. The specific situation will be based on the actual conditions of the day.
- The transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation of the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of play after considering the actual situation and obtaining the consent of the guests, without reducing the number of attractions in the itinerary.
- Each guest can carry a maximum of one piece of luggage free of charge. Please make a note in the "Special Requirements" section when placing your order. If you do not inform us one day in advance of temporary luggage, it may lead to a crowded vehicle and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse your boarding, and the fee will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.
- We will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of travelers and cannot specify the vehicle type. We appreciate your understanding.
- During group tours, early departure or leaving the group midway is not allowed. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be considered as voluntarily forfeited, and no fees will be refunded. You will be solely responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving or departing the group. We appreciate your understanding.
- Seasonal limited activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow viewing, hot spring seasons, festive events, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. Therefore, please refer to official announcements. If no clear official notification of cancellation is received, we will proceed according to the original plan.
