Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund rules: Cancellation of adult and child boat tickets after issuance will result in losses. For refunds before 17:00 on the day before the river tour, a 10% ticket loss will be incurred. After 17:30, the ticket office closes and no refunds will be processed. For refunds 10 minutes before departure, a 50% loss will be incurred. No refunds will be processed within 10 minutes of departure. Real-name registration operates like airline tickets, and names cannot be changed after issuance.
• Partial refund rules: Bamboo Rafting: Pregnant women, people with disabilities, and seniors over 70 years old are strictly prohibited from riding bamboo rafts. Children over 1.2 meters must purchase an adult ticket and ride with an adult (children over 1 meter on Yulong River bamboo rafts must purchase an adult ticket and ride with an adult). If there are children under 1.2 meters (1 meter for Yulong River bamboo rafts), seniors over 70, or pregnant women in the group, a unified arrangement will be made for them to wait at the pier accompanied by a guide. If you are concerned, one adult may accompany them. The cost of unvisited items will be refunded based on actual cost.

Booking changes policy

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
