This is our first time dining at this hotel. We are very impressed with the beautiful set up as we enter the lobby and the dining area. We have a great dining experience as this hotel as the various food served were prepared with care and it was delicious. Khun On has helped me to get cakes for birthday celebrations for my husband and daughter. All the staff at The Dining Room are well trained, very attentive and friendly. Their services is just great. Highly recommend the lunch and dinner buffets at the Grand Hyatt. Today I bought a lunch buffet ticket, and the reservation was completed at the same time, which was very convenient. After we were seated, the waiter gave us a menu of various drinks included in the meal price, which was very good. The clean environment, diverse food, friendly and professional waiter attitude and service, and fresh ingredients are the main reasons why I must eat at this buffet every time I come to Bangkok. Overall, it is worth recommending, but the waiter did not take the initiative to inform that crabs are included in the dinner price, but like drinks/tea (included in the meal price), you need to order additional food from the waiter before it will be delivered; this suggestion can be improved. The restaurant has a good atmosphere, the seating area is comfortable, and there are fresh oysters, pickled shrimps, etc. I would recommend the lamb chops more than the steaks. You can also try the fish maw soup, which tastes good.
