Additional Information:

  • Please note: Transfers are available within Pattaya area only
  • For airport pick up, the date selected upon booking should be your flight arrival date (e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45pm on 1 Jun, please select 1 Jun)
  • For hotel pick up, the date and time provided should be your preferred pick up date and time
  • Please indicate in the space provided at checkout if you have any other requirements needed
  • This transfer's vehicles are wheelchair friendly
  • The driver can speak basic English only
  • When booking, please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional vehicle in cases where the size of the traveling party does not fit their chosen vehicle on the day of pick up
  • Please indicate the number of passengers at checkout
  • Please ensure you can be reached via the contact number provided at checkout
  • Please note: If you are making a same day booking, please book at least 3 hours before your preferred pick up time
How To Use
  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
  • The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

Pick Up Information:

Arrival Transfers
  • Please state your flight arrival date and number upon checkout
  • Please indicate your destination upon check out. The local operator will contact you to reconfirm before transfer date
  • The driver will be holding the Klook-Thai Rhythm sign and will be waiting at the gate of the airport. Please wait for the driver at the meeting point for about 15 minutes
  • The driver will wait for you up to 90 minutes from actual flight landing time. If you can't make it on time, please call the local operator or Klook hotline to inform them of the delay
  • If you can't be contacted after the waiting time, you will be considered a no show. The driver will leave and no refunds will be issued
Departure Transfers
  • Please indicate your hotel name and address, as well as your preferred pick up time upon checkout
  • Please provide ample time when booking for departure pick ups (at least 4 hours in advance)
  • Please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time
  • The driver will wait for you up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you will be delayed, please call the local operator or Klook hotline to inform them of the delay
  • If you cannot be reached after the waiting time, you will be considered a no show. The driver will leave and no refunds will be issued

Surcharge:

Arrival Transfers
  • The driver will wait up to 90 minutes from your scheduled arrival time. Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of THB100 per 30 minutes past the 90 minute grace period, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver
Departure Transfers
  • The driver will wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of THB100 per 30 minutes past the 30 minute grace period, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver

Cancelation Policy
  • Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 48 hours prior to the activity
