DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - We are a family of 6 and had booked their 7 seater, which accommodates up to 6 people. We had indicated that there are 6 of us at time of booking and paid extra for an English speaking driver. The driver was on time but could not speak English. The car could only accommodate 4 people so 2 people in our family had to take a taxi. We filed a complaint, they said they couldn’t guarantee an English speaking driver but refused any refund for the extra charges. They blamed us for having too many luggages but that was not the case. We had 3 small carry-on(1 was half the size of a reg. carry-on) and a few backpacks. Even without our luggages, the car would not have been able to take all 6 of us…. 1 person sat in the front along with the driver and the other 3 sat in the back…. there were no other seats. They did not send the appropriate van to pick us up and have refused to admit their mistake or provide a partial refund.
