Activation procedure
- The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
- Please note: SIM Card registration will require the staff to take a photo of your passport. The registration process will require you to sign the document and pay IDR6,000 for stamp at the booth. We strongly recommend that you allow the staff at the booth to assist you with the installation and activation of the SIM Card as there could be complications with the installation
- Important: Please bear in mind that activation process will take up to 2 hours
- All SIM cards will be activated after redemption with validation and verification by the staff at the booth. If you would like to activate your SIM cards on different dates, please make a separate booking and redeem the cards on separate dates

- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- The SIM card registration process will take about 30 minutes
- The SIM card is inclusive of 300 minutes local and international calls and 300 free local and international SMS. You are responsible with all the SIM Card services
- Please fill in your passport details at checkout for SIM card booking purposes
- 1 passport is valid for 1 SIM Card and can be used for 14 days only. If you stay for more than 14 days or run out of data before 14 days, you need to top up internet data packages through MyTelkomsel app or GraPARI Telkomsel all around Indonesia
- It is highly recommended that you check the SIM’s total coverage area prior to purchasing. Please be informed that the speed of your connection is dependent on the reception at your current location

After the customs clearance, the original red counter of telecommunication was instructed to be unoccupied and rested. I walked out of the airport gate and saw the KLOOK sign. The staff took a photo of the passport, helped install it, and received no extra charge. Go to central, east and south of Bali, unimpeded 👍🏻

Very easy to claim. No need to give additional payments. They were also the ones to insert the sim into the router. They were located just before the exit doors of the airport. Because we had wifi with us everywhere, it was easy to get grab and find the restaurants that we wanted to go. Great buy.

Booking the Telkomsel Tourist SIM via Klook has multiple advantages. I paid for the SIM in my local currency. It saves time and hassle at the airport especially since you need to provide Passport details (this can be done easier on Klook by providing the details at the time of booking) and you need to pay in cash if you do not pre book via Klook. We had booked 3 SIM cards and the total time taken at the counter for at tops 5 min. They activate the SIM on the spot, though Klook mentions that it may take a max of 2 hours for activation. Will definitely recommend.

I suggest you purchase here in Klook, much cheaper and you just have to pick up the sim at the airport when you arrive. It works and the signal is good. Me and bestfriend purchased both of our sims here. Will definitely repurchase when we decide to visit Bali again. 😊
