Pre-departure Notice
- Please ensure that the communication APP you reserved can contact you during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send the vehicle information and tour guide information for the next day's travel to your email before 20:00 one day before departure. - If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, you will be notified of the cancellation by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel before 18:00 local time one day before departure and notify you by email.
Seats and Vehicles
- The itinerary is a group tour, and seat allocation follows the principle of first come, first served. If you have special needs, please make a note. We will try our best to arrange it, but the final arrangement is subject to the actual situation on site.
- The type of vehicle used depends on the number of people, and the type of vehicle cannot be specified. When there are few people, a driver may be arranged as a staff to accompany the vehicle, and the explanation content will be relatively brief.
- If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without authorization, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car. If damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.
Itinerary Adjustment and Safety
- Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen/hour).

- In the event of weather or force majeure causing cable cars, cruise ships, and other facilities to be suspended, snowmobiles. will be changed to other attractions or the length of stay will be adjusted.
- Fees will not be refunded for being late due to personal reasons, temporarily changing the meeting location, or leaving the group midway. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional costs incurred after leaving the group.
Season and Landscape
- In winter, if there are special circumstances such as highway closures or restrictions on access to scenic spots, we will reduce or change the route and no refunds will be given.
Other notes
- Please arrive at the meeting location on time. We will not wait for those who are late, and you cannot join midway.
- It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring your own warm clothing for winter or mountain trips.
