They broke down everything step-by-step, from basic punching techniques and stance to footwork. The pacing was handled so well—you get to enjoy the fun of striking without worrying about getting injured. -Pad Work was pure Stress Relief: The best part of the class was definitely the 1-on-1 pad work! The coach kept encouraging me, and the moment I hit the center of the pad with a solid blow, hearing that crisp, loud "Thwack! Thwack!" made all my workday stress evaporate in an instant. 體驗：Welcoming Vibe: The overall atmosphere in the gym is super friendly.
