# Pre-trip Notice ## Between 17:00 and 21:00 the day before departure, we will contact you using the contact information you provided. If you do not receive a message, please check your email. Emails may sometimes be mistakenly sent to spam. During peak travel season, email delivery may be slightly delayed. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you do not receive travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time on the day of departure and look for the JRT tour guide flag to inquire. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. ** Pre-trip information: During Japan’s Obon Festival (around August 13th-16th), traffic will be very heavy. Please do not book restaurants/flights/Shinkansen, etc. It is recommended to bring light meals, power banks, and other essential items.**

Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you do not participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (late arrival/getting lost/feeling unwell, etc.), no refund will be given. Please note that no refunds will be issued. This itinerary is a fixed carpool route, and you will need to share the ride with other passengers throughout the journey. Stopping is not allowed outside of designated attractions. Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car model with a driver and guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff’s arrangements throughout the journey. (With a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace, and the driver will focus on driving, with relatively brief explanations.) [Important information during the trip] The停留time at each attraction has been optimized. Please strictly adhere to the schedule to avoid affecting the overall itinerary. The itinerary time may be adjusted due to irresistible factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. In case of delays or partial itinerary changes, no refunds or compensation can be claimed based on this. Please understand and acknowledge the uncertainty of travel. During holidays and peak periods, traffic congestion may occur. The driver/guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as appropriate. Tourists should be mentally prepared. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, please do not eat or drink in the car. If any stains or damage are caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment. If you leave the group on your own or leave the team midway after the itinerary begins, it will be considered an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. (You will be solely responsible for safety during the period you leave the group.)

* The itinerary does not include personal travel insurance or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers. You must assess your own health and abilities. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Thank you for your understanding.

* After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to be suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and the traveler will also need to bear the cost of the return journey or additional accommodation.

* During Japanese public holidays and weekend travel peaks, there is often severe traffic congestion or attractions closing early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner for that evening, and to bring your own light meals and power bank.
