- As this is a group tour, the vehicle type will be determined by the number of participants on the day. For groups of 9 people or less, a small car will be used, and the driver will lead the tour.
- The itinerary includes designated seating in front of Venue B, in cushion form. Please do not go to other areas.
- Please bring your own insect repellent spray, power bank, and charging light.
- To ensure a smooth trip for you and other group members, please confirm the meeting point address and time before departure to avoid delays due to lateness on the morning of the tour. If you are unable to join the tour due to lateness, no refunds will be given. Please be aware!
- As the two-day tour is longer, it may be affected by traffic and weather. Please do not arrange important evening activities, such as flights, Shinkansen, night buses, high-end French dinners, or concerts after the tour ends. If there is a delay that affects your subsequent itinerary, we will not be responsible for any related liabilities or compensation. We appreciate your understanding.
- Since the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival has a start time, we must depart on time. Please do not be late at the meeting point or attractions. We will not wait for latecomers, and no refunds will be given. Please be aware.
- For the standard package, each person can carry one piece of luggage for free. Please make a note in the "Special Requirements" section when placing your order! If not informed one day in advance, temporary carrying may lead to a crowded compartment, affecting driving safety. The guide has the right to refuse guests from boarding, and no refund will be given. We apologize.
- For the standard package, we will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of participants. You cannot specify the vehicle type. Please be aware.
- In case of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the fireworks festival may delay or change the operating hours of amusement facilities or performance times, or even cancel some operations and performances without prior notice. Since the tour includes tickets for viewing seats, a partial refund will be processed based on the festival's refund policy.
- This product may be adjusted based on factors such as weather. For your safety, staff have the right to ask guests to stop outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements, subject to the actual situation on the day.
- The transportation, sightseeing, and stop times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the guide may reasonably adjust the order of attractions or reduce the number of attractions after consulting with and obtaining the consent of the guests.

- During the group tour, you cannot leave the group early or midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be considered as voluntarily forfeited by you, and no fees will be refunded. - If no official notification of cancellation is received, we will proceed with the original plan. If the flowering period or special activities do not meet expectations, no refund will be given. Please be aware.
- We will do our best to arrange seating requests, but since this is a shared car tour, seat allocation mainly follows the first-come, first-served principle. If you have special requirements, please inform us in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange suitable seats for you. The final arrangement will be subject to the guide's coordination on the day.
