- This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
- Even if you request a room for 2 people, you may be assigned two separate single rooms.
- The fireworks festival may still be held in the event of rain, so the tour will proceed as scheduled.
- In case of severe weather (typhoons, heavy rain/wind), flooding, or other hazards, the fireworks may be canceled.
- Unless officially canceled before departure, the tour will proceed. Final decisions are made by the committee on the event day; the guide may inform you then.
- If postponed due to a typhoon before departure, the tour will be canceled. In that case, the fee will be refunded minus the ¥5,000 fireworks ticket.
- If canceled/postponed due to sudden bad weather after departure, no refunds (including ticket) will be given. Travel costs to/from the meeting point are the customer’s responsibility.
- Firework count and underwater displays may change.
- It's a 20–30 min walk from the parking lot—please wear comfortable shoes.
- Hotel check-in may be late due to traffic.
- Please bring items to prevent heatstroke.
