【Pre-Trip Information】

• Please be on time for the meeting: No refunds will be given for failure to participate in the trip due to personal reasons (being late/getting lost/feeling unwell, etc.). Please note that no refunds will be provided.
• This is a fixed-route carpool service, and passengers will be sharing the ride with others throughout the journey. Parking is not allowed at locations other than the designated attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a smaller vehicle model with a driver acting as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the journey. (With a smaller vehicle, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary. The driver will focus on driving, and the commentary will be relatively brief.)

【During the Trip】

• The time spent at each attraction has been optimized, so please strictly adhere to the schedule to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• Trip times may be adjusted due to force majeure events such as traffic, weather, and crowds. We are unable to offer refunds or compensation for delays or partial itinerary changes, please understand the uncertainties of travel.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak seasons. The driver/guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as appropriate. We ask that tourists be mentally prepared and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, please do not eat or drink inside. If any soiling occurs, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• Leaving the group on your own after the trip begins/midway through the trip will be regarded as automatically forfeiting the service, and no refunds will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of departure from the group.)
